Supporting the Account Director by developing supply chain strategies while managing supplier performance and relationships, internal stakeholders and, most importantly, our client to deliver the strategic objectives of the Client Account, and also the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Function.
As a Supply Chain & Performance Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders and the client through collaboration while building trust.
- Supply chain management to enable high levels of supplier performance including statutory compliance, performance reporting and timely accounting.
- Tracking, reviewing and reporting supplier performance, dealing with performance issues while coaching for commercial, operational and ESG improvements as well as innovative value add.
- Driving continuous commercial improvement through creation and delivery of tangible P&L impacting savings and value adding benefits, including implementation of Bellrock Preferred Suppliers and wider procurement strategy.
- Preparing scheduled and adhoc reports and presentations for senior stakeholders on commercial opportunities and compliance, strategic recommendations and supplier performance.

- Experience in a similar role.
- Ideally degree educated.
- MCIPS qualified, or willing to work towards.
- Experience of procurement and/or supplier management preferably in property, construction, engineering or service context.
- Experience in managing complex / large-scale data analysis and reporting.
