Bellrock Group is seeking a Site Technician responsible for daily maintenance across Southampton sites. This role involves ensuring timely completion of Helpdesk jobs, delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance, and conducting daily checks of property conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a City and Guilds or NVQ qualification, experience in a maintenance or healthcare environment, and strong IT skills.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with numerous benefits including 25 days annual leave and health assistance programs.
