Bellrock is seeking a Site Technician to deliver day-to-day maintenance across Antelope House, Southampton, and nearby sites.
You will monitor, plan and execute PPM tasks, coordinate M&E services, liaise with the Regional Facilities Manager and subcontractors to keep facilities compliant and safe.
The role requires City and Guilds/NVQ in Hard Services FM, strong health and safety knowledge, and IT literacy to use Helpdesk systems and email.
