Overview

Bellrock is the trusted challenger in UK property services. Driven by insights, powered by technology, and delivered by talented people, we are redefining how real estate is managed. Since 2003, our people-first and technology-led approach has helped organisations across the UK transform their estates into high-performance, sustainable environments. Through our integrated service model, spanning Technologies, Consulting, Critical Engineering & Jordon, and Intelligent Asset Care—we deliver compliance, quality, and operational excellence while reducing cost and carbon impact. Our award-winning Concerto IWMS platform, together with mobile solutions from Mobiess and energy analytics from InMetriks, enables smart, data-led estate management at scale.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Analyst (12+ years) to join our growing Analytics & Data Intelligence team within Bellrock’s Energy & Smart Engineering division. This is a pivotal role in shaping the insights and strategies we deliver to clients, ensuring that energy, sustainability, and building performance data are transformed into clear, actionable recommendations. As a Senior Analyst, you will act as both a technical expert and trusted advisor to clients, using your sustainability/energy background to provide high-impact analysis, lead project delivery, and lead a team of junior analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of energy utilisation, BMS and non-BMS data, IAQ, and smart engineering diagnostics.
  • Develop and deliver monthly client insights reports, with actionable recommendations for energy savings, decarbonisation, and operational efficiency.
  • Own end-to-end client analysis projects: scoping, data integration, modelling, insights generation, and reporting.
  • Partner with the commercial team to identify cross-selling opportunities and support client growth plans.
  • Act as subject-matter expert on sustainability frameworks (CRREM, SECR, ESOS, TCFD, Net-Zero roadmaps).
  • Support the design and development of Power BI dashboards and advanced analytics tools with our software engineers.
  • Mentor and upskill analysts across technical, analytical, and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Engage with client senior stakeholders in quarterly updates, presenting insights and strategies.

What does it take?

  • 10+ years’ experience in data analysis, energy management, or sustainability consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of energy systems, decarbonisation strategies, and building performance data.
  • Expertise in analytical tools: Power BI, Excel, SQL, or Python (preferred).
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting insights to C-suite or client boards.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience leading projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of UK compliance regimes (SECR, ESOS, UK ETS, TCFD) desirable.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees flexible hours and remote work where possible. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the London Paddington offices and work two days a week with the team, with the rest of the week from home. Regular hours are typically Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.

What can we offer you?

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + 1 additional day as a thank you
  • Salary exchange pension scheme
  • Life cover
  • Paid sick leave
  • Health Assured employee assistance and wellness program
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave
