Bellrock is a UK property services provider that uses technology to transform estates into sustainable, high‑performance environments. We are looking for a mid‑weight designer to contribute to digital marketing and commercial assets as part of our marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver design across digital marketing channels including social media, email, and campaign assets.
  • Create visually compelling, high‑performing assets that support consistent campaign execution across channels.
  • Collaborate with digital and demand‑generation teams on website and landing page design, ensuring a strong, consistent user experience.
  • Support the design and formatting of proposal documents, presentations, and sales collateral, translating complex content into clear visual outputs.
  • Maintain shared templates for presentations, case studies, and campaign materials, and help evolve Bellrock’s design system.
  • Apply Bellrock’s brand guidelines across all outputs, ensuring cohesive brand identity.
  • Use AI tools to enhance design speed, quality, and scalability, and explore new workflows for improved delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience delivering design in a marketing or commercial environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing high‑quality digital, campaign, and business‑facing design work.
  • Solid design fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for social media, email, and web.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver at pace in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce structured, professional outputs.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, digital, or sales teams.
  • Experience supporting bids or commercial proposals.
  • Experience building templates or contributing to design systems.
  • Experience in B2B, technology, or professional services environments a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT is highly desirable.

Working Arrangements

Remote flexibility is offered, but this role requires hybrid presence at our Paddington office. Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
