Role Overview
The role is accountable for the effective operational facilities management of a portfolio of buildings at Kingsland Business Park.
The role will include on-site Team management and development, measurement and management of vendors, service charge budget setting and cost management, EH&S management, delivery of PPM and reactive repairs, support in the delivery of FM projects (Office fit outs, office moves, M&E works) to the London portfolio and other locations in UK region as appropriate.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Kingsland Business Park, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, occupiers, contractors and service partners.
- Build strong occupier relationships and drive engagement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Oversee the delivery and performance of all FM services, including cleaning, security, maintenance and grounds.
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Monitor contractor performance, compliance and service quality across the estate.
- Support budgets, service charge management, invoicing and client reporting.
- Lead and support estate improvement projects, sustainability initiatives and continuous service improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, statutory obligations and environmental standards.
- Support the development of on-site teams and foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
Skills & Experience
- Facilities Management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Good attention to detail, ability to multi-task, able to converse at multiple levels.
- Knowledge of the FM Environment
- Have demonstrable leadership skills with a clear focus on building and leading teams to success.
