You’ll oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure buildings are safe, compliant and performing at their best.
You will use digital tools such as Deepki and BMS systems, drive sustainability, engage occupants, and report on budgets, metrics and service improvements across multiple sites.
