We believe every role is essential to providing peace of mind for our customers. Every role plays a part in driving us further, and everyone can be the change. As an Air Conditioning Engineer with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:
- Working closely with the PPM & Scheduling team, ensuring all tasks are carried out in a timely fashion.
- Undertaking planned & reactive tasks such as testing, inspecting and repairing commercial air conditioning / AHU plant / services within buildings comprising of Staff Office, laboratory & Data Centres.
- Undertaking regular PPM checks.
- Ordering materials for jobs.
- Participating in the out of hours call out rota if required.
- Providing support to colleagues of other trades when required.
- Providing timely, accurate worksheets and timesheets.
- Providing before and after photos on work carried out.
- Maintaining and exercising diligence with company plant/equipment – promptly highlighting any issues to line managers when necessary.
- Reporting any H&S issues, concerns, bad practice, or non-conformance to Management.
- Driving in a safe and diligent manner observing road traffic legislation.
