Bellrock Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of clients across our Liverpool hybrid workspace. You will deepen product knowledge of Concerto, Mobiess and Wiggledesk, act as trusted advisor, drive adoption, retention and expansion through collaborative sessions with Product, Support and Sales.
You will run regular reviews, tailor demonstrations, capture feedback, and ensure data accuracy in HubSpot while supporting flexible, remote-friendly working patterns.
