Support the Service Delivery Manager by providing administrative and operational coordination. Track job progress, chase updates, liaise with engineers and suppliers, and ensure jobs move forward smoothly.
As a Service Delivery Co-ordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:
- Monitoring job queues and updating records accurately
- Contacting suppliers and engineers for updates and job progress
- Re-booking or rescheduling jobs as needed
- Raising purchase orders and processing updates in the system
- Supporting MI and reporting requirements
- Co-ordinating with the Service Delivery Manager to resolve escalation issues quickly, by taking ownership of jobs where loss of trade or critical asset failure has occurred until satisfactory completion, keeping clients informed until trade is resumed

Working arrangements: We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office and from home on a hybrid basis. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm.
