We’re looking for a high‑performing Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6‑month FTC, with a core focus on Consulting recruitment. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role where you’ll take ownership of hiring across a specialist area, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and directly source top talent. You’ll be joining a well‑structured TA function of five, where each recruiter owns a business area, giving you real accountability and visibility. This role will play a critical part in maintaining momentum within Consulting, with the flexibility to support other areas of the business when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment across Consulting roles, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenge thinking where needed, and shape effective hiring strategies.
  • Lead detailed role scoping sessions to ensure clarity on requirements, success profiles, and market positioning.
  • Proactively headhunt and map talent in competitive markets, building strong pipelines of high‑quality, often passive candidates.
  • Use a range of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, market mapping, AI tools) to identify and engage top talent.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, delivering at pace while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Bellrock, delivering a professional, engaging, and consistent candidate experience.
  • Provide real‑time market insight, including talent availability, competitor activity, and salary benchmarking.
  • Drive an efficient and structured interview and selection process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Track and report on recruitment activity, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working within the TA function.
  • Flexibly support hiring across other areas of the business when demand requires.

Skills & Experience

  • A proven recruiter from either agency or in‑house, with a strong track record of delivery.
  • Confident head‑hunter with the ability to identify, engage, and convert passive talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – able to influence, challenge, and build credibility quickly.
  • Experience recruiting within Consulting or professional services is highly advantageous.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on outcomes and delivery.
  • Strong use of data, tools, and technology to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Experience using AI tools to drive efficiency and improve recruitment outcomes.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office two days per week, with the rest being worked from home.
