This role is critical to ensuring our digital products are positioned effectively during bids and mobilised seamlessly post‑contract, delivering value from day one.
To act as the digital mobilisation lead and product representative for new and expanding client engagements – supporting bid teams pre‑contract, shaping digital propositions, and owning the mobilisation and delivery of digital products into live service. You will ensure that client expectations, product capability, delivery plans, and operational readiness are fully aligned, providing a single accountable owner for digital delivery throughout the bid‑to‑BAU transition.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the digital product business partner within bid and tender teams, supporting solution design, pricing inputs, and delivery assumptions.
- Shape and articulate compelling digital propositions that align product capability to client needs and contracted outcomes.
- Contribute to bid responses, presentations, and client demonstrations, translating technical capability into clear business value.
- Ensure delivery feasibility, mobilisation approach, and digital dependencies are robustly defined during bid stage.
- Own the digital mobilisation lifecycle for new clients, from contract award through to steady‑state delivery.
- Work alongside established BU mobilisation teams while retaining accountability for all digital elements of delivery.
- Define and deliver digital mobilisation plans covering platforms, integrations, data, reporting, access, and user readiness.
- Act as the primary digital point of contact for clients during mobilisation, managing expectations and ensuring a high‑quality onboarding experience.
- Coordinate delivery across Digital Delivery, Product, Technology, Data, and BU operational teams.
- Establish clear governance, RAID management, and milestone tracking for all digital mobilisation activity.
- Ensure smooth handover into BAU teams with defined support models, documentation, and ownership.
- Develop repeatable mobilisation patterns, templates, and playbooks to accelerate delivery while enabling client‑specific configuration.
- Identify opportunities to improve product adoption, onboarding speed, and time‑to‑value.
- Feed client and mobilisation insight back into product and roadmap discussions.
- Support early identification of upsell, cross‑sell, or enhancement opportunities during mobilisation.
- Ensure contractual digital commitments are delivered in line with scope, commercials, and agreed outcomes.
- Proven experience delivering digital products or platforms in customer‑facing, mobilisation or implementation roles.
- Strong understanding of bid processes, solution shaping, and pre‑sales support.
- Experience owning delivery across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to translate technical delivery into business outcomes.
- Strong delivery discipline covering planning, risk management, governance, and transition to BAU.
- Comfortable operating as a bridge between commercial, technical, and operational teams.
- Experience in facilities management, property, consulting, or service‑led organisations.
- Exposure to digital platforms, integrations, data/reporting solutions, or SaaS products.
- Experience developing mobilisation or implementation playbooks.
- Financial awareness of delivery cost, margin, and scope control.
