Reporting to the Head of Digital Product Mobilisation, this role focuses on practical delivery and execution, acting as the subject-matter specialist for Concerto and Mobiess, while operating across the entire digital product stack (e.g. Joblogic and future platforms). You will work directly with clients and internal teams to configure products, define roles and access, support operational setup, and ensure digital solutions are live, usable, and ready for BAU service.
Key responsibilities
- Digital Product Mobilisation & Configuration
- Lead the end-to-end mobilisation of digital products for assigned clients following contract award.
- Configure platforms including Concerto and Mobiess (and other products such as Joblogic as required), ensuring setup aligns to contracted scope and operational requirements.
- Define and configure roles, permissions, workflows, reporting, and access across products.
- Support data setup, migration, and validation activities in collaboration with data and technical teams.
- Client-Facing Delivery
- Act as a day-to-day digital mobilisation lead for clients during onboarding and early delivery phases.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to capture requirements, validate configuration, and manage expectations.
- Deliver product walk-throughs, onboarding sessions, and operational readiness activities.
- Cross-Product & Cross-Team Delivery
- Operate across the full digital product stack, not limited to a single system.
- Work closely with Digital Delivery, Product, Technology, Integrations, Data, and BU operational teams.
- Escalate risks, dependencies, and issues clearly through defined governance channels.
- Transition to BAU
- Ensure digital products are fully configured, documented, and ready for BAU handover.
- Support the transition to support teams with clear documentation, ownership, and operating processes.
- Resolve post-go-live configuration issues during hyper-care where required.
- Standardisation & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the development of standard mobilisation templates, configuration patterns, and playbooks.
- Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and consistency of product mobilisation.
- Feed operational insight and client feedback into product and roadmap discussions.
Essential Skills & experience
- Hands-on experience configuring or implementing digital platforms or SaaS products in client environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Concerto IWMS and/or Mobiess (implementation, configuration, or operational use).
- Experience working in customer-facing mobilisation, implementation, or onboarding roles.
- Ability to translate client requirements into practical system setup and configuration.
- Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to documentation and handover.
Desirable
- Experience with additional platforms such as Joblogic or integrated enterprise systems.
- Background in property, facilities management, consulting, or service-led organisations.
- Exposure to system integrations, data/reporting, or workflow automation.
- Experience supporting repeatable mobilisation or implementation models.
