We are seeking curious, motivated, and analytical graduates to join our team as an AI Graduate Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making. You’ll support the design, development, and deployment of AI integrated systems and tools that help solve business problems across the diverse property services business units within Bellrock.
Successful applicants will be invited to an Assessment Centre, 9am-4pm, 21st August, in Birmingham – invitation only based solely on CV screening.

- Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of machine learning models and AI-powered solutions to support the automation and digitalisation of Bellrock.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyse datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Support model evaluation, performance tuning, and documentation processes.
- Support the Data and Insights team in development of internal dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Maintain and improve existing AI pipelines and data workflows.
What does it take?

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, transformers).
- Proficient in Python, with exposure to SQL and data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for learning and staying current with AI trends and technologies.
Desirable (Not Required)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning.
- Evidence of self-directed projects, or startup experience.

Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office and work two days a week with the team, with the rest of the week flexible for remote work.
