Overview

Bellrock is a fast paced, customer focused environment. We are seeking two proactive and detail-oriented Digital Project Managers to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of our portfolio, ensuring smooth internal coordination and contributing to the delivery of exceptional service to our colleagues and clients. Location: Leicester (hybrid).

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day project execution: monitor progress, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and ensure quality controls.
  • Facilitate project governance: prepare and present status reports, risk and issue registers, and any other artefacts required to deliver the projects.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate critical issues promptly to the Lead Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with technical leads, developers, testers, business analysts, suppliers, and operations to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder communication: set expectations, understand requirements, and maintain strong relationships with business sponsors and end users.
  • Control project finances: track expenditures against budgets, forecast resource needs, and approve purchase requisitions.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and corporate governance standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Recognised project management qualification and accreditation such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, PMI, APMP or Agile.
  • Ability to establish, implement and manage delivery processes, including Change Control, Risk & Issues Management, Status reporting, etc.
  • Ability to establish and implement a team culture within their assigned project.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Well-rounded individual; organised and self-motivated with good communication skills.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about delivery and exceeding customers’ expectations.
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Confidence in engaging with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients at all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a calm approach under pressure.
  • Strong judgement and ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • High level of integrity and emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office (two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home). Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
