Bellrock Group are looking for a Digital Project Coordinator. You will support the successful delivery of IT and digital transformation initiatives by coordinating project governance activities, reporting cycles, and stakeholder communications. Location: Leicester (hybrid working).

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and documentation for SteerCo meetings, ensuring timely circulation of agendas, minutes, and actions.
  • Coordinate weekly reporting processes across delivery teams, consolidating updates and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly ELT reports, synthesising key insights, risks, and achievements for executive review.
  • Maintain project governance artefacts including RAID logs, decision registers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across IT, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely information flow.
  • Support change control and risk management processes, escalating issues as needed.
  • Champion consistency and quality in reporting and communication standards across the delivery portfolio.
  • Support governance processes including change control, risk management, and compliance with security and data protection standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in project coordination or PMO support within IT or digital delivery environments.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving priorities.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office (two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home). Typical hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
