We unlock that by being technology-led, but people-driven. When you’re part of Bellrock, you’ll get everything you need to be your best at work - because our people are the heart of our business. We are a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionising the IWMS/CAFM space. Our platform is designed to transform facilities and workplace management, bringing automation, efficiency, and intelligence to organisations across both the public and private sectors. With significant investment in marketing, we are scaling rapidly to establish our brand as the market leader.

This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact digital strategy with the budget and backing to drive serious results. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and take ownership of our digital growth. This role requires a strategic leader who will drive a data-driven marketing approach that increases brand awareness, enhances lead generation, and accelerates our expansion into the private sector. You will work closely with key stakeholders across sales, CRM, content, and design teams, while also managing external agencies to ensure maximum ROI across all digital channels. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping our digital transformation initiatives, brand strategy, and marketing automation capabilities.

As a Digital Marketing Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:

  • Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation: Develop and implement digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with the Head of CRM, sales, and marketing teams to introduce new digital marketing technologies and best practices.
  • SEO, PPC and Paid Media: Own and drive our SEO strategy, ensuring improved rankings across key industry search terms. Develop a data-driven PPC and paid media strategy, optimising Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, other social channels and programmatic advertising for maximum ROI. Implement sophisticated remarketing and retargeting strategies across web, email, and social media platforms.
  • Digital Channel & Content Strategy: Oversee website development, hosting, and CRM integration, ensuring optimal user experience and lead conversion. Influence and steer content strategy in collaboration with the wider Marketing team, supporting inbound lead generation and ABM campaigns.
  • Analytics & Performance Optimisation: Establish closed-loop analytics with sales and CRM teams to track ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Utilise data-driven insights to refine digital campaigns, optimise budget allocation, and maximise lead generation.

What does it take? If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience leading digital marketing in a fast-growing company, or a hyper growth B2B environment.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, and paid media with a track record of delivering significant improvements in rankings and conversions.
  • Strong experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), particularly in enterprise sales environments.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems.
  • Deep knowledge of website management, social media marketing (especially LinkedIn), and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimise campaigns, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with leadership, sales, and external agencies.

Working arrangements: We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work hybrid, 3 days a week from our London office.

What can we offer you? Upon joining Bellrock, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package including:
