- Collect, cleanse, and analyze data from CAFM systems and other operational platforms related to maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and compliance targets.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for operational improvement.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
- Perform root cause analysis for service failures and recurring issues.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate data capture.
- Assist in audits and data provision for reviews.
- Develop predictive models to aid decision-making in asset management.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and clients.
