Bellrock is seeking a Content and media strategist to join our marketing team. This role is for a strategic operator who is passionate about shaping compelling company narratives, developing thought leadership, and building market authority through high-quality content and earned media.

You will take ownership of Bellrock’s content and media strategy, ensuring our messaging, thought leadership, social presence, and PR activity work together to strengthen Bellrock’s voice in the market. You will play a central role in translating Bellrock’s expertise, insights, and customer success into compelling stories that build credibility, increase engagement, and support the company’s wider go to-market strategy. You will also help modernise how we create and scale content, using AI to enhance quality, consistency, and speed.

Narrative, messaging, and thought leadership

  • Own and drive Bellrock’s company-level narrative and messaging framework.
  • Develop and maintain tone of voice, ensuring clear and consistent storytelling across the organisation.
  • Design and run Bellrock’s thought leadership programme, turning expertise into compelling insight.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop executive perspectives and position Bellrock as a credible voice in the market.

Content strategy and editorial leadership

  • Define and run Bellrock’s editorial engine. Own the editorial calendar, aligning content to strategic themes, sector priorities, and campaigns.
  • Oversee creation across formats including articles, reports, case studies, video, and visual storytelling.
  • Act as a catalyst to raise the standard of storytelling across the organisation.
  • Leverage AI to improve content production, repurposing, and workflow efficiency.

SEO and discoverability

  • Ensure Bellrock’s content strategy supports search visibility and discoverability.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop SEO and AI search-optimised content aligned to customer problems and industry trends.
  • Ensure content contributes to organic visibility, authority, and engagement across Bellrock’s digital ecosystem.

Social media and executive voice

  • Own Bellrock’s organic social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Design and run Bellrock’s executive thought leadership programme, enabling senior leaders to develop authentic voices and engage effectively.
  • Drive a structured publishing approach that increases reach, engagement, and influence.
  • Use AI tools to support content ideation and optimisation at scale.

PR and earned media

  • Develop and lead Bellrock’s earned media strategy.
  • Manage proactive media engagement across relevant industry, property, technology, and business publications.
  • Build relationships with journalists and manage PR agencies to drive coverage aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Own Bellrock’s awards strategy to strengthen credibility and recognition.

Content amplification and enablement

  • Ensure Bellrock’s content reaches the right audiences.
  • Design distribution strategies across social media, PR, campaigns, partnerships, syndication, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with demand generation teams to ensure thought leadership supports campaigns and pipeline growth.
  • Develop frameworks and guidance that enable teams across Bellrock to create and share content effectively.

What does it take?

  • Strong experience developing and executing B2B content strategies.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content and storytelling across multiple formats.
  • Experience developing and running thought leadership programmes for senior executives.
  • Experience managing PR activity and media relationships.
  • Strong editorial judgement and the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging narratives.
  • Understanding of SEO driven content and modern content discovery.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and multi‑channel content programmes.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from our office in Paddington - London on a hybrid basis. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
