Role Overview
Senior Digital Marketing Manager – responsible for owning and scaling Bellrock’s digital performance engine, including website, search, email, and paid media channels, and for embedding AI into all digital marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Website Management, User Experience, and CRO: Own the Bellrock websites and ensure a best‑in‑class digital experience. Manage website performance, develop landing pages for campaigns, and continuously improve customer journeys through structured CRO experimentation and optimisation. Leverage AI tools and experimentation to accelerate insights, personalise user journeys, and improve conversion performance at scale.
- Search Performance: SEO and AEO: Own technical foundations of SEO and AI‑enriched search optimisation. Continuously evolve strategies to reflect changing AI‑first search experiences and answer engines. Partner with content and demand generation teams to support search performance and audience intent.
- Email Marketing, Automation, and Lifecycle Optimisation: Own the health and performance of Bellrock’s email channel. Drive adoption of and optimise workflows and marketing automation to enable faster go‑to‑market and targeted, personalised experiences. Incorporate AI‑driven segmentation, content generation, and journey optimisation to deliver scalable lifecycle programmes.
- Digital Infrastructure, Reporting, and Insights: Maximise value of HubSpot and other GTM platforms. Support campaign execution, ensure robust tracking and tagging standards, and maintain digital infrastructure for effective marketing programmes. Design and own digital KPIs, reporting dashboards, and performance analysis, translating data into actionable insights. Identify and implement AI‑enabled tools and workflows to enhance campaign execution, insight generation, and reporting efficiency.
- Digital Leadership and Capability Building: Champion best practice across Bellrock’s digital channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to improve digital execution, develop SOPs, and influence channel usage organisation‑wide. Coach and develop one digital marketing specialist and build digital capability across the broader team. Advocate AI adoption within marketing, developing use cases, setting standards, and upskilling the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with strong hands‑on channel ownership.
- Track record of improving website performance through CRO and user journey optimisation.
- Strong experience with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrable expertise in technical SEO and AI search performance optimisation.
- Experience managing email marketing programmes, nurture sequences, workflows, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns aligned to business development activity.
- Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong reporting and dashboarding capability.
- Experience using AI tools and platforms to enhance digital marketing performance, including content creation, campaign execution, personalisation, and analytics.
- Strong interest in emerging AI capabilities and a practical mindset for applying them to real‑world marketing challenges.
- AI fluency and a continuous learning mindset.
Working Arrangements
Hybrid basis at Bellrock’s Paddington, London office. Working hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
