Role Overview
To co-ordinate and organise FM service delivery ensuring work is carried out to a high standard, management of contractors, management of the concerto system; contract variation quotations and corresponding invoicing and the production of reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact between the client, contractors and Bellrock Group, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance through Concerto, ensuring works are completed on time, within contract requirements and accurately recorded.
- Work with the Technical Manager to manage sustainability and operational plans, tracking actions through Deepki.
- Use BMS, IEQ and other smart building technology to monitor comfort, air quality, energy use and asset performance.
- Manage contractor performance, completing site audits and quality inspections and driving actions through to completion.
- Support financial administration including invoicing, reconciliation, budgeting and monthly client reporting.
- Maintain strong health, safety, environmental and compliance standards across the site.
- Support projects, occupier engagement, events and initiatives that improve the overall building experience.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working within Facilities Management, ideally across both hard and soft services.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Confident using technology and FM systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Experience supporting FM projects and driving improvements to service delivery.
- Good understanding of health & safety, including audits, risk assessments and emergency procedures.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to resolve occupier queries and complaints effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working across a busy building environment.
- Awareness of sustainability, social value and creating a positive occupier experience.
Desirable
- Experience with building fabric and long-term maintenance/lifecycle costing.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work mobile between sites within the South East of England Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
