We manage comprehensive FM service delivery that includes contractor management, system administration for Concord system, invoicing, reporting, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial focal point of contact between the Client, Contractors and Bellrock to ensure effective communication between all parties is maintained at all times.
- Own and manage the Asset Sustainability Plan / Operational Plan with the Technical manager and update actions on Deepki system.
- Engage with bespoke software solutions to improve comfort, energy usage and maintenance spend across assets.
- Encourage regular feedback from building occupiers and visitors via QR code NPS surveys and lead engagement on Vizta platform.
- Attend meetings with the client in relation to projects, health and safety and monthly service review meetings as required.
- Manage reactive and planned works via the Concerto system.
- Arrange and ensure routine and planned maintenance tasks are carried out on time and in accordance with the Contract.
- Ensure authorisation is in place for any additional costs and that all records are accurate for invoicing.
- Complete invoices and financial reconciliation accurately and timely.
- Liaise with Contractors to ensure the works are carried out in line with contract performance requirements.
- Undertake inspections, maintaining required records alongside TBPE (Independent technical co‑ordinator).
- Review and inspect work for quality, accuracy and completeness.
- Provide support for Projects.
