Responsibilities:
- Support teaching in class.
- Understand the standards expected for Teaching Assistants and be up to date with current research on the effectiveness of Teaching Assistants in the classroom.
- Have experience in Early Years and KS1 (SEND experience would be beneficial).
- Be an integral part of a supportive team and be able to use your own initiative.
Qualifications:
- At least NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in Early Years and KS1 required; SEND experience beneficial.
