The Role
We are seeking a proactive, can‑do individual to take on the pivotal role of Marketing, Admissions & School Operations Manager. This is a hybrid role designed for a versatile professional who can lead the school’s external growth strategies while ensuring the internal heartbeat of the school, the front office, runs with efficiency and warmth. You will be the face of the school for prospective families and the first point of contact for our current community. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Communications
- Strategy: Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy alongside the Leadership Team, using data and research to drive pupil recruitment.
- Digital Presence: Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), creating engaging real‑time content, reels, and stories that showcase daily school life.
- Content Creation: Design and produce high‑quality digital and print materials, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Website: Manage and update the school website, ensuring it is SEO‑optimized and current.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring the school’s ethos is clearly articulated across all platforms.
- Parent Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them from initial enquiry to enrollment.
