BelleVie Care – Care Workers

BelleVie Care is looking for extra special Care Workers to support people to live well at home. We won several 2024 Home Care Awards, including the Grand Prix for Best Homecare Provider.

We welcome people with no previous care experience – full training will be provided. You must be able to drive, have access to your own car, and have the right to work in the UK. We recruit locally, so please live within 10–15 miles of our Hexham team.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with personal care, household tasks, transport, and companionship.
  • Work in 5‑hour blocks (e.g., 7.30/8am‑1pm or 4pm‑9pm) to enable a healthy work‑life balance.
  • Support people in your local community, showing compassion, respect, and a desire to help.

Requirements

  • Car driver with access to a vehicle.
  • No care experience required – full training will be supplied.
  • Compassionate, respectful, and community‑focused.
  • Available to work on alternate weekends and weekdays.
  • Currently looking for part‑time and flexi workers.

What We Offer

  • Pay for all hours – Full shift pay (£12.99 p/hr) plus travel, training, and rota time (£12.21 p/hr).
  • Real Living Wage employer.
