Interested in joining our busy, professional valuation practice, acting for over 100 secured lending clients, dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential valuations ranging from £500,000 to £60,000,000. There is also the option, if chosen, to be involved with a wide range of alternative property types and disciplines such as L&T, agency and LPA Receivership.
Consultant - Qualified MRICS/FRICS Valuer
Opportunity for a MRICS/FRICS Valuer (minimum 2-year PQE) specialising in Commercial & Residential Valuations, within London and Surrounding Counties, to join our team at Belleveue Mortlakes as a consultant.
The role offers flexibility and home working to suit personal needs.
Trainee Valuation Surveyor
Full-time opportunity for a graduate with an RICS-accredited degree to join our successful team. We are dedicated to RICS APC provision and offer the best structured, hands-on training to support progress toward becoming a Member of the RICS. We have a 100% first-time pass rate for graduates.
The trainee position is based at our Head Office in Enfield Town (EN2), just 30 minutes from Central London with excellent transport links.
