As our digital presence continues to grow, we’re looking for a creative and motivated Digital Designer to help bring our brand to life across social, email and digital channels.
Position Summary
This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for a Digital Designer to join our expanding team. You’ll take ownership of visual content across social media, email marketing and web, helping shape how Belledorm shows up online. You’ll work closely with marketing and e-commerce colleagues to create engaging, on-brand content that supports campaigns, product launches and day-to-day digital activity — while gaining valuable insight into how creative work drives engagement, conversion and revenue.

The Role
As Digital Designer, you’ll create standout visuals, motion graphics and social-first content for campaigns, product launches, paid ads, email marketing and creator-led projects. You’ll maintain brand consistency, translate briefs into polished creative, and build reusable assets that help streamline campaign delivery. This role suits someone from a graphic design background who enjoys marketing, storytelling and creating scroll-stopping content.
What You Can Expect to Be Doing
- Social Media & Content
- Create and manage day-to-day visual content across social platforms
- Plan, design and schedule content for organic and paid social
- Produce short-form video, animations and motion graphics
- Ensure content remains consistent with brand guidelines and digital trends
- Email & CRM
- Design engaging email layouts and campaign visuals
- Support email campaigns and automated flows
- Ensure creative aligns with customer segments and campaign goals
- Website & E-commerce Support
- Create digital assets for product pages, promotions and website content
- Support updates to imagery and on-site visuals as required
- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to turn briefs into effective creative
- Contribute ideas, formats and visual concepts to evolve Belledorm’s digital presence
You enjoy turning ideas into polished, real-world creative. You’re confident working from a brief and delivering finished assets. You understand how design adapts across social, email and web. You have a strong grasp of visual fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, typography and consistency. You’re organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple projects.
About You
- Demonstrable experience creating social and/or paid social content (in-house or agency)
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in digital design or content creation
- Strong graphic design skills across campaigns, social and brand assets
- Experience producing motion graphics, short-form video and social-first assets
- Solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram content formats
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support captions and product messaging
