We are currently looking for a supervisor to join the team with aspirations to progress into management. Candidates need to be of smart appearance with a winning smile, great sense of humour, hospitality experience and passion.
Being a pub and hotel we need colleagues who can demonstrate the following attributes and skills:
- Passion for great service with a ‘can do’ attitude & attention to detail
- Ability to work to company specifications for service, food and drinks quality
- Enjoys and wants to be an active team member
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Organisational skills, planning events and promotional activities
- Skilled or passionate about social media, sales building and building customer relationships
- Able to coach, train and guide junior members of the team
