The Fitzrovia Belle is a much-loved London pub known for its friendly atmosphere, great service, and welcoming environment. With multiple screens for sports viewing and areas for functions, it also has 5 boutique hotel rooms above. Operating from 7:30am daily serving breakfast, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team with experience in pubs with rooms or hotel-style operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Management experience — at least 6 months in a supervisory or management role
  • Passion for great service and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to uphold company standards across service, food, and drink
  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding rooms and housekeeping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Calmness under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Organisational and planning ability to support smooth daily operations
