The Hammersmith Belle is a much-loved community pub known for its friendly atmosphere, great service, and welcoming family environment. With multiple sports screens, a darts lounge, a large garden with a children’s play area, and a dedicated birthday pergola, we’re a lively and versatile venue at the heart of Hammersmith. Following the recent opening of 13 boutique hotel rooms, we now operate from 7:30am daily serving breakfast — and we’re looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy General Manager with experience in pubs with rooms or hotel-style operations to join our growing team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Management experience — at least 6 months in a supervisory or management role
  • Passion for great service and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to uphold company standards across service, food, and drink
  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding rooms and housekeeping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Calmness under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Organisational and planning ability to support smooth daily operations
