We are looking to expand our management team at The Duchess Belle, a busy pub located opposite the iconic Battersea Power Station. The role involves managing operations across 2 floors, 2 bars, and a hotel accommodation above. The candidate will oversee service, food, and drink quality from breakfast through to 11pm, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintaining service, food and drink quality to company specifications
- Organising and planning shifts and staffing
- Managing cash, stock, and daily operating procedures
- Contributing to a positive team environment and culture
- Handling customer queries and resolving problems calmly under pressure
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a supervisory or similar role
- Experience in hospitality, leisure or retail management or shift running roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitude and passion for great service
- Attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure
- Organisational and planning skills
