This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant / CSM who truly enjoys the satisfaction of supporting high performing individuals and is passionate about the real estate industry.

THE ROLE:

• Project managing trades/ styling
• Photoshoots
• Sales admin process (top to end)
• Confirming appointments
• Preparing for appraisals
• Sending out agency agreements
• Email & calendar management
• Team coordination/ protecting time
• Attending final inspections
• Preparing for client meetings in office
• Opening/ closing office procedures
• Preparing OFI packs
• Compliance

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar position
• Truly enjoys the satisfaction of being the ‘go to person’ and problem solving
• Extremely organised
• Able to deal and manage with pressure
• Professional, well spoken & presented
• Confident in working autonomously and making decisions
