- Front of House & Client Experience Coordinator – Part‑time, Baldock
We’re looking for a confident, friendly and highly organised Front of House team member to join our growing salon.
This isn’t just a receptionist role – you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the team and helping drive the business forward.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, making sure every visit feels welcoming, smooth and professional.
- Hours
- Tuesday – Thursday: 2 pm – 8 pm
- Friday: 10 am – 3 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 2 pm (some flexibility available for the right candidate, with potential for extra hours during busy periods)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £30,000 per annum (FTE), pro‑rata for 28 hours per week – approx. £22,400 per annum plus performance‑based commission/bonuses linked to bookings, re‑booking and treatment upgrades.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and creating a warm, premium environment.
- Ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out.
- Keeping the front of house clean, calm and organised.
- Managing appointments via phone, Whats App and social media; keeping the diary full and optimised; rebooking clients to keep their treatment plans on track.
- Confidently recommending treatments and upgrades; promoting add‑ons like Dermalux and facial upgrades; supporting retail sales and client education.
- Handling payments and client records; filling last‑minute gaps in the diary; supporting the team during busy periods.
- What We’re Looking For
- A people‑person with a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- A confident communicator who enjoys talking to clients.
- Proactive and organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Someone who naturally looks for ways to improve the client experience.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service or another client‑facing role is a big plus.
