Our reputation is built on delivering a personal, safe, and exceptional patient experience—before, during, and after surgery. We pride ourselves on offering a complete, concierge-style service, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, surgical-focused Patient Coordinator to help guide patients through their entire journey.
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Royal Tunbridge Wells. Act as the dedicated point of contact for each patient, guiding them through consultations, surgical booking, and aftercare
- Manage general anaesthetic and local anaesthetic bookings, including accurate scheduling and coordination.
- Ensure timely and correct booking of all relevant appointments (e.g. pre-assessments, post-op reviews)
- Communicate with patients empathetically, especially around cost, expectations, recovery, and procedure logistics
- Provide post-operative support, including next-day check-in calls and ongoing patient reassurance
- Accurately update and maintain records in our CRM
- Occasionally support front-of-house or reception tasks when required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in cosmetic surgery patient coordination
- Strong understanding of both general and local anaesthetic surgical procedures is desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail — e.g. quoting, surgical notes, overnight vs day case bookings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a compassionate approach
- Ability to manage multiple patients and timelines without compromising care
- Positive, flexible team player able to work cross-functionally with admin and clinical staff
- Comfortable using booking software and confident with email/CRM systems
- Patient-focused mindset with a passion for aesthetics and surgical excellence
