About Bella Ling
Bella Ling is a luxury boutique based in Knightsbridge, London, specialising in authenticated new and pre-loved designer fashion. Our collection includes handbags, ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories, watches and jewellery from some of the world's most sought-after luxury houses, including Hermès, Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels. As our online presence continues to grow, we are looking for a creative, fashion-focused Social Media & Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis and help shape the next stage of Bella Ling's social media presence.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative role focused primarily on social media and content creation. We are not looking for someone who simply waits to be told what to post. We want someone who genuinely loves fashion and social media, has a strong creative eye, understands what performs online and can regularly bring fresh ideas to the brand. You will have access to an ever-changing collection of luxury pieces and will be encouraged to identify content opportunities, experiment with new formats and turn our products, boutique environment and everyday activity into engaging social content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories and short-form videos
- Film and photograph luxury handbags, jewellery, clothing, shoes and accessories
- Capture new arrivals, behind-the-scenes moments, boutique activity and other relevant content
- Edit short-form videos into polished, ready-to-post content
- Regularly develop fresh and original content ideas, rather than relying only on existing formats
- Stay up to date with social media, fashion, luxury and pre-loved fashion trends
- Identify relevant trends and adapt them appropriately to the Bella Ling brand
- Help plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
- Write engaging captions and social copy in line with our brand voice
- Create content around new arrivals, styling, luxury knowledge, product stories, trends and events
- Support content creation around our Live Sales, campaigns and in-store events
- Maintain a polished and consistent visual identity across our social channels
- Monitor content performance, including reach, views and engagement, and use insights to improve future content
- Proactively identify new opportunities to grow Bella Ling's social media presence and audience
In-Store Support
While Social Media & Content Creation is the primary focus of this role, we are a small boutique team and work closely together. During busy periods or when required, you may also be asked to provide reasonable support to our in-store sales team, including:
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Helping customers locate or view products
- Providing basic product information
- Supporting the sales team with general boutique tasksHelping maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience
Retail sales is a supporting responsibility and not the primary focus of this position.
About You
- Has previous experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing or a similar role
- Can provide a portfolio or examples of content they have personally created
- Has a genuine passion for fashion, luxury and social media
- Has an interest in the pre-loved and luxury resale market
- Has a good understanding of major luxury brands and current fashion trends
- Understands Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content
- Is confident filming and editing social-first video content
- Is creative and can consistently bring new concepts and content ideas
- Understands trends without simply copying everything that is trending
- Is proactive and able to spot content opportunities independently
- Is organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a small team
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is comfortable interacting with customers when required
- Comfortable on Camera
- Being comfortable appearing on camera would be a strong advantage. Our content may include product introductions, new arrivals, styling, luxury tips, behind-the-scenes content, trend-led videos and Live Sales. You do not need to appear in every piece of content, but we are particularly interested in someone who is confident and natural in front of the camera when needed.

- Previous experience in any of the following would be a strong advantage: Luxury fashion or designer resale
- Fashion retail
- Luxury retail
- Jewellery or premium lifestyle brands
- Social media for a fashion or luxury brand
- Photography or videography
- Live Shopping / Live Streaming
- Luxury retail sales or client service
- Growing Instagram or TikTok accounts
- Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools is also desirable.
