Bella Italia in Penrith is hiring a Chef de Partie to organise and deliver service across one or more kitchen sections in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the kitchen team to produce dishes to specification and contribute to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
You will lead by example, coach junior team members, demonstrate knife skills, and help create great food for our guests, with a supportive team and opportunities to develop skills over time.
