We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our Chiltern Street team. As a key representative of the Bella Freud brand, you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and contribute to the smooth running of the store. This role requires a passion for fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to embody the brand’s values in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a welcoming and personalised shopping experience for every customer
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Develop strong product knowledge and communicate the Bella Freud story with confidence
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is consistently presented to brand standards
- Support stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, and stockroom organisation
- Process transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records using Shopify POS system
- Build lasting relationships with customers through clienteling and follow-up communication
- Uphold the highest standards of store cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business goals
