A varied role which will be an integral part of the fulfilment centre within Bella+Duke. You will be joining a close-knit team at the heart of a fast moving, high growth company. Distributing our orders efficiently and effectively to our customers the role combines both production line and warehousing duties. Maintaining rigorous hygiene standards within a production environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Tasks and Accountabilities:
- Accurately assemble and pack customer orders, meeting specified packing standards.
- Conduct quality checks on all packed orders.
- Manage and locate over-stocked items to facilitate the efficient compilation of customer orders.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Ensure full compliance with all company procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with DPD drivers during shipment collections, ensuring manifests are printed correctly and on time.
- Be flexible and prepared to provide assistance to other departments when necessary.
- Adhere to strict H&S procedures.
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in a high-volume processing environment.
- Understanding of hygiene or sanitation processes in a factory setting
- Good English literacy and numeracy for documentation and safety instructions
- Good attention to detail for quality and hygiene compliance
- Ability to follow procedures consistently and work independently
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Forklift experience is beneficial, though not mandatory.

- Due to the nature of the role and its associated health and safety responsibilities, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
- Use of PPE including thermal wear, gloves, hairnets, and safety boots
- Standing for periods and performing repetitive tasks
Working Pattern:
- Sunday- Thursday 0600-1400
