Join our team! Bella di Notte is looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day performance, optimisation and development of our digital channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands‑on digital delivery with performance analysis, team leadership and continuous improvement. You’ll take ownership of our online sales performance, digital trading activity, customer acquisition channels and reporting, helping to make sure our digital activity supports commercial growth and delivers a great customer journey.
Working closely with the offline marketing function, you'll ensure campaigns, messaging and customer acquisition activity are aligned across all channels. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with colleagues across Buying, Merchandising, Creative and Customer Services, as well as external agency partners. You’ll be a key link between marketing strategy and day‑to‑day delivery, helping the team turn plans into effective activity that drives results.
Key Activities Include:
- Manage the day-to-day performance of the Bella di Notte website, including product launches, promotional activity, seasonal campaigns and digital trading plans.
- Monitor and improve online sales performance, conversion rate, website merchandising and the overall online customer experience.
- Lead digital marketing activity across paid media, SEO and other customer acquisition channels.
- Act as the main marketing contact for digital agency partners, making sure activity is focused, well-managed and delivering against agreed KPIs.
- Support the development of CRM activity, including email and SMS marketing, customer lifecycle activity and retention programmes.
- Own regular marketing performance reporting, using data to identify insights, opportunities and clear recommendations.
- Track key measures including revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, new customer contribution and customer engagement.
- Line manage and support the Digital Marketing Assistant and E-commerce Marketing Assistant, providing coaching, direction and regular feedback.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to improve planning, communication and delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with strong digital execution. You’ll be comfortable getting into the detail of performance data, but also able to step back and identify the bigger opportunities for growth and improvement. You’ll bring experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or digital trading, with a good understanding of customer acquisition channels such as paid media and SEO. You’ll be confident analysing performance data and turning insights into action, as well as working with agencies and internal stakeholders to get things done. You’ll also be organised, commercially focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment. Just as importantly, you’ll be a natural collaborator who can build strong relationships across the business and help develop digital marketing capability within the team.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or digital trading.
- A strong understanding of paid media, SEO and customer acquisition.
- Experience using performance data to make recommendations and improve results.
- Experience working with external agencies or suppliers.
- A commercial mindset and a clear focus on performance.
- Strong organisation, project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce or direct-to-consumer businesses would be helpful, as would experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, CRM activity, marketing reporting tools or developing team members.
