Bell Group, one of the UK's largest property services contractors, is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to join our team and head up our Yorkshire Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing planned works, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality services to our diverse customer base.
Leadership: Lead and motivate the branch team (operational, commercial, and support staff), ensuring compliance with company processes while promoting Bell’s values.
Operational Management: Oversee all work delivered by the branch, ensuring projects meet budget, quality, and safety standards. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure further business opportunities.
Financial Oversight: Achieve financial targets for the branch, including managing costs, invoicing, and ensuring budgeted gross margin is achieved.
Health & Safety: Endorse and maintain the company’s strong health and safety culture, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations.
Business Development: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, contribute to tenders, and help grow the branch’s portfolio.
Performance Reporting: Monitor and report branch performance (financial and non-financial), including regular audits and reviews.
Subcontractor Management: Develop and manage a network of subcontractors to support contract delivery.

- Pitman Excel – Advanced User
- CSCS card – Manager/Professionally Qualified Person
- Social Housing experience
- Full UK Driving License
- Ability to manage budgets, financial targets, and customer relationships effectively
