Key Responsibilities:

  • Surveying: Conduct detailed surveys for painting and decorating projects, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and standards.

  • Produce CVRs: Develop Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports, keeping clients and internal teams informed of project status.
  • Technical Advice: Provide expert advice on painting and decorating techniques, materials, and solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with CDM regulations, building regulations, and any relevant statutory requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Address any technical challenges or issues that arise, using your expertise to find effective solutions.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, contractors, and other surveyors.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients, providing clear updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project.

Key Requirements:

  • Problem Solving: Excellent ability to identify issues and provide innovative solutions.
