- Surveying: Conduct detailed surveys for painting and decorating projects, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and standards.
- Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Produce CVRs: Develop Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports, keeping clients and internal teams informed of project status.
- Technical Advice: Provide expert advice on painting and decorating techniques, materials, and solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with CDM regulations, building regulations, and any relevant statutory requirements.
- Collaborate: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, contractors, and other surveyors. Engage with clients, providing clear updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project.
- Experience: Must be time-served with UK social housing experience and proven expertise in surveying within sectors such as painting and social housing. Strong understanding of surveying practices, measurement techniques, CDM regulations, building regulations, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple projects.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality projects.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel between sites as required.
