Bell is on the lookout for a dynamic, self‐motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team, covering the Edinburgh and Fife regions with a base in our Newhouse office. If you’re passionate about sales, account management, and cultivating long‐term client relationships, this role is for you! We’re looking for someone hungry for success, eager to make a significant impact and driven to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities (20‐30% of the role) and manage key client accounts to ensure growth and satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers across sectors like Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Healthcare, and more.
  • Leverage ERP systems to track and manage opportunities, quotes, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit timely bids and quotations.
  • Organise and attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Support the team with strategic insights, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as a problem solver, bringing innovative solutions to the table.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in new business generation and account management, with a focus on growth and results.
  • Experienced at selling services in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and relationship‐building skills, particularly in face‐to‐face and phone interactions.
  • Hungry for success and motivated to make a positive impact in your role.
  • A self‐starter with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Problem‐solving mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Experience within the sector is preferred.
  • Full UK driving license.
