Exciting Opportunity: Bell is on the lookout for a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team, covering the Edinburgh and Fife regions with a base in our Newhouse office. If you’re passionate about sales, account management, and cultivating long-term client relationships, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities (20-30% of the role) and manage key client accounts to ensure growth and satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers across sectors like Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Healthcare, and more.
  • Leverage ERP systems to track and manage opportunities, quotes, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit timely bids and quotations.
  • Organise and attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Support the team with strategic insights, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as a problem solver, bringing innovative solutions to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in new business generation and account management, with a focus on growth and results.
  • Experienced at selling services in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in face-to-face and phone interactions.
  • Hungry for success and motivated to make a positive impact in your role.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Experience within the sector is preferred.
  • Full UK driving license.
