Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Advisor at our Markyate location. We are seeking an experienced, driven Parts Advisor to join our workshop team. Working with some of the most iconic Ferraris ever built, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the service and restoration teams performing at their best and some automotive legends on the road!

As our Parts Advisor, you will:

  • Support our technicians with fast, efficient parts coordination
  • Manage sourcing and supply of parts for current and classic Ferraris
  • Build strong supplier relationships across the UK and internationally
  • Maintain accurate stock control and inventory systems

You are:

  • An experienced parts advisor with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • You have a passion for classic and performance cars and work well in a fast-paced, specialist environment where teamwork and problem solving is vital.

Daily tasks include locating and ordering parts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery, addressing customer inquiries, and liaising with service teams to support restoration, servicing, and repair works. The role requires effective communication and attention to detail to meet customer expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Dealer Management and Inventory Control to manage parts supply effectively and streamline operations
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with customers and internal teams efficiently
  • Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry, particularly in handling high-value classic and supercars, is highly beneficial
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills
