The Store Manager will support the General Manager in the overall operational leadership of the store, ensuring strong standards, accountability, customer service, commercial performance, and operational efficiency.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the GM in overall store operations and deputise when required.
- Maintain consistent operational standards across all departments.
- Lead daily operations, labour deployment, customer experience, compliance, and store standards.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 3 years' experience within the last 5 years at Store Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, or equivalent level in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience managing sales, labour, waste, and operational KPIs.
- Experience managing supervisors, team leaders, or management-level colleagues.
- Strong operational and commercial leadership experience.
- Experience implementing improvement plans and managing operational change.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Convenience or symbol-group retail experience.
- Experience in fresh food, food-to-go, deli, butchery, or food production.
