As the business continues to grow across retail and export markets, they're looking for a Brand Manager to help drive the next phase of brand development and consumer engagement.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Brand Manager will take ownership of brand strategy and execution for key product lines, working closely with sales, NPD, and external agencies to build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and support commercial growth across retail and export channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deliver brand plans that support wider commercial and business objectives.
- Manage brand P&L, including marketing budget allocation and ROI tracking.
- Lead the development of packaging, campaigns, and promotional activity in line with brand guidelines.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, NPD, and supply chain to bring new products and initiatives to market.
- Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, media, PR) to deliver high-quality brand output.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Support retailer and export partner engagement with brand and category input.
- Track brand performance against KPIs, reporting regularly to senior stakeholders.
- Manage social media and digital content in support of brand awareness and engagement.
- CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years' experience in a brand or marketing management role, ideally within FMCG or food/drink.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and measuring marketing ROI.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working across all levels of the business.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for brand consistency and consumer-facing content.
- Experience working with retailers and/or export markets is an advantage.
