Job Summary/Purpose
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing high-profile accounts in line with the organisation's strategic growth plan.
Working closely with the Commercial Director, Commercial Team, and NPD team, the role will drive sales, revenue growth, and long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing high-profile accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth plans.
- Develop account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, product ranges, and supply terms.
- Monitor sales performance, market share, and account profitability.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, NPD, and Operations teams.

- Experience in Account Management and Business Development within Food/FMCG.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Commercially driven, self-motivated, and results-focused.
