We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Field Services Engineer to join our team. You will advise customers on machine selection, offer pre- and post-sales support, and deliver ongoing technical guidance. Your engineering knowledge will ensure clients receive solutions that match their business goals and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers across Ireland for product demonstrations, installation, and support.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate machinery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and quotations.
  • Provide hands-on technical training and after-sales support.
  • Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
