Job Title: Safety, Health Diploma-level qualification desirable. Strong understanding of UK and Northern Ireland SHE legislation and management systems. Experience implementing and maintaining SHE Management Systems within an operational environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work independently. Competent in analysing data, identifying trends and producing clear reports and recommendations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business systems. Preferred (Desirable) Skills Membership of IOSH, IEMA or equivalent professional body. Experience working within ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 accredited environments. Internal or Lead Auditor qualification. Experience supporting organisational culture improvement and employee engagement initiatives. Knowledge of manufacturing, shift-based operations and contractor management.
